David Piddock

The latest work by London artist David Piddock is dominated by a series of panormaic urban landscapes that make innovative use of perspecitve, employing rotating viewpoints some of which turn the full 360 degrees. The paintings blend past and present, fact and fiction. The subject of these works, as well as those that employ a more traditional perspective, is a series of London haunts visited and revisited by the artist to gather material out of which he creates an enigmatic world.

David Piddock's exhibiting in England includes the Spectator Open at Christie's, Gallery Fiction at the Fine Art Society in London, and New Acquisitions at the Museum of London and the Centro Modigliani, Florence, Italy.
